Confessions of a Shopaholic...Christmas Shopping

I will reluctantly admit that when I watched Confessions of a Shopaholic there were many similarities between Rebecca Bloomwood and myself. It is an addiction that so many fashionistas can relate to, which explains the success of Sophie Consella's Shopaholic book series. I feel the same obsession over items that I deem as must-have. I also feel like I can't repeat outfits. I get anxiety about items that I don't purchase, or on the contrary I get buyer's remorse after impulse purchases. My bank account is always drained and the concept of saving money seems to be a thing of the past.
I have learned to somewhat control my addiction by simply not going shopping. The mere exposure to malls & boutiques proves to be too much for my self control to fight & I end up wanting everything I see.

This is why the holiday season is especially hard for me. Sending me into a mall is like sending a caged animal into the wild. It seems as though every present I buy for someone else, I also buy something for myself. But, come on...the sales right now are ridiculous! Though I knocked 4 people off my Christmas list this weekend, I also ended up with 2 new pairs of shoes, a winter coat, a bathing suit, jeggings, a scarf, & some new jewellery. I clearly have a problem.

The first pair of shoes were only $35 at Aldo and will look adorable with thin socks or with dresses in the Spring.

The second pair looks JUST like these from Free People that I'd been ogling since August. I have been wanting OTK boots for a very long time and I found these chocolate brown beauties at Winners for half the price of the FP ones. I am considering returning them though because I feel like I don't know what to wear with chocolate brown? Most things I own are black and I just have this thing about black and brown together.

I'm supposed to be going to Metrotown tomorrow evening to help a friend do some Christmas shopping. Lord help us all.

he deep black color is only one component of a fashion formula that can fool the eye. Other variables in the equation include the clothing's cut and style among several others. Face the truth. Although black dress is a very simple piece of clothing, it is not that easy to wear since you also need to consider its suitability to your figure.

Your dress should also be in unison with the accessories you wear. Always remember to wear the matching shoes and matching jewelry. Even your wrist watch has to match with your Kläder på nätet. You will find it difficult to locate a woman who doesn't love clothes. They are so attracted to clothes. Also, there is nothing disappointing than a shabbily dressed woman. Therefore, any woman has to dress herself attractively to achieve her good looks. The age of a woman is also an important factor when it comes to choosing clothes klädbutiker. Often, you find old women wear clothes suitable for young girls. This will not provide a good look to any woman. If you have issues with some of your body parts, let's say your bottom and your waist you need to choose a black dress that can shift the people's attention around you from looking at the area under your belt to the upper body portion like your neck and shoulders. To do this, start searching for a nice-looking neckline and that which is smooth flowing over your exaggerated bumps. Be careful not to select overly tight dresses. Another style to look for is the semi or lightly puffed sleeves that can also help distract the public from looking down below. Moreover, empire waist black dresses are excellent and can easily be worn for casual wear over regular leggings or jeans.
